About Miraloma Vistas The beautiful Miraloma complex is located at 2326 Harbour Road beside the famous Latch Restaurant in Sidney by the Sea BC. It is a large 1 bedroom unit with all the comforts of home plus beautiful views out all the windows. It is nestled in the quiet oceanfront cul-de-sac only a 30-minute walk to the town of Sidney or a 7-minute drive. Hikes and nature walks are bountiful, but walking to the resort-style town of Sidney and exploring all the boutique shops and fabulous restaurants is also a fabulous way to spend the day. This unit has a spa-like decadence with its corner soaker tub, granite countertops, laundry, air conditioning, patio, and beautiful common area with a large fireplace to sit and enjoy a book. There is underground secured parking for vehicles, there is a gym, bicycle storage, a sauna, and beautiful grounds to walk around. The bathroom is very large with a beautiful soaker tub with a separate walk-in shower. We have been managing furnished rentals since 2008, we are trusted and insured, and we aim to make owners and clients happy with the right accommodation for their needs. 1. A license to occupy agreement is mandatory to be signed as soon as the reservation is confirmed. 2. A Damage Deposit is required to be paid once the reservation is confirmed.
