Four graduate students / young professionals are looking for a male or female housemate for a room in their group house in Silver Spring, MD. The house is nice and includes a good kitchen with dishwasher and gas stove, a washer and dryer, a pleasant back deck, and a yard. Your room on the main floor has a walk-in closet, and you would share a bathroom with only one other person. The house is a five-minute walk from the Forest Glen metro on the Red line and has very easy access to the Beltway and a main road into downtown DC. Rent is $650/mo., plus utilities. The room is available for a start date of October 1, and we are seeking someone who would sign a lease through September 30.
