The house is clean, quiet, warm in the winter, and peaceful, all the while equipped with a smoke alarm system and Wifi Gigabit Internet connection in each room located in a very safe Springfield neighborhood enhanced with security cameras around the house. We respect each other's space, belongings and quiet time. The room is available now and if you still see the ad. - This room is about 231 sf with a mirror equipped door closet as shown in pictures. - The basement has a full-size refrigerator for each tenant; counter top for ironing, table for eating. - Basement has Quartz kitchen with microwave / air fryer and stove/ range hood with new granite floor for the whole down-level of 1220 sf with both dryer and washer for only two people in the basement to share. - The room is for one person to reside - prefer a gentleman without overnight guess, not using drugs, no marijuana, no vaping, nonsmoker inside/ outside the house, no pets or party, responsible, quiet, well organized, clean, neat, full time professional employed.
