Dog friendly, sorry no cats (highly allergic) Looking for a quite and cleanly female age 25-40 student/professinal. We are located in a nice quiet neighborhood with lots of street parking. The 405 and 22 freeway about 5 mins away. With the 91,605 and 5 about 15-20 min down the street, grocery store, eateries, and gyms just down the street. No smoking allowed inside, ok on back patio as long as all windows are closed. Street parking only, the room for rent is month to month but would prefer at least a 3 month stay. Dogs must be potty trained and able to go outside. Must clean up after yourselve along with willingness to do house chores to maintain the cleanliness of the household.
