The home is a concrete block and tiled and wood flooring. The large room for lease furnished and a closet, garbage and septic, and well water. Electric and internet not included. One small pet under 10 pounds allowed with a small security deposit. It must have its vaccines and spayed if a male cat or dog, A large Fenced yard and security light pole for the property and exterior cameras . Roommate must have steady employment for last one year and is neat and organized. I am traveling 90 percent of the time and on site to do repairs, paint and upgrades to the property. lease term is minimum 4 to 6 months and can be renewed and month to month terms after contract expires .
