Great neighbors that throw fun BBQs! Very nice/safe-oriented neighborhood. We cannot accept renters with large dogs. One or two small pets allowed. House is 1500 sq feet finished living space and 1500 unfinished basement (we used it for ping pong table, laundry room, workshop area, storage). 3 stall horse barn, hoop house and RV is landlord storage and kept locked (no access to tenant). Dishwasher, stove/oven, fridge & washer/dryer will stay on-site for tenant use unless otherwise discussed. Tenant can have or bring farm animals (fowl, horses, sheep, goats) only by permission from landlord and additional rental fees & deposit apply (as we will likely have to lease barn and do post-animal tenant clean up).
