The Villager is a wonderful home with the master bedroom on the first floor. The stunning 2 story living area helps this smaller home live BIG. The open floor plan makes it a great entertaining home. As with all CVE plans we can change the layout to suit your needs. Many of our clients have flipped the kitchen and dining room in this home to get a large island for extra seating. Like all of our plans, this home offers a lot of flexibility and can also easily be two master suites or a 4 bedroom home if those layout are something that would work good for you.
