The house is located in an incredibly peaceful neighborhood in Upper Sugarloaf Key right at mile marker 19. Takes about 20 minutes to get to Key west and 30 to get downtown. The famous Square grouper Bar and Grill is less than 10 minutes away, Mangrove Mamas restaurant is 5 minutes away, and there are multiple food delivery options in our area from pizza to Chinese. The Studio is just two houses down from the neighborhood park where kids, dogs, and everyone in-between are welcomed at. Just past the park is the private boat ramp and beach area. Tenants will have a key to the boat ramp and will be welcome to use it at any time. Boat storage at the house is welcomed for an additional fee. There is also a branch of the Nation Key Deer Refuge at the end of Crane Blvd. This is about 3 miles of paved road with 0 motor vehicles that takes you through the wooded habitat of the local Key Deer. There are plenty around the neighborhood and even more back in the refuge. It's an excellent running or biking path with plenty of off road trails to explore. I live upstairs with my family and dogs. Dogs are welcome as long as they get along with our dogs, which is pretty easy to do. Price listed is for annual leases. Any shorter durations the rent will have to be increased. All utilities are paid by the landlord, there will always be 1 off street parking spot available.
