No heating system other than a wood stove if you are comfortable with wood heat. Otherwise, it's space heaters, which will certainly increase your electric bill. There are about 12 stairs leading up from the parking area, so best if you are a fit and healthy person. No pets, as we already have 2 dogs and that's enough. Access to private walking/hiking trails! tenant pays electric, owner pays water, sewer and garbage. We are looking for just the right person or couple due to the limitations of our well/septic.We intend to be very picky as this apartment is downstairs from our living space. We won't respond unless you provide some good info regarding your financial situation and lifestyle.
