Boat access from Daisy Bay public landing on Birch Point or from Birch Point Marine, 1/4 to 1/2 miles across water. Not large enough for building without a variance. A dock can be installed and the island can be used for camping as it is. Excellent location on the lake, should be sheltered access under most wind conditions.
