I have over 12 years of experience hosting vacation rentals in Palm Desert and Laguna Beach CA. I have owned this property for about 2 years and have done a lot of upgrades and will continue to make improvements. I'm a professional working artist and have lived in Laguna Beach, Palm Desert, Cabo and on Maui for the past 30 years or so. Having said that - I would not trade my property here in Temecula for any of those wonderful places. This property is so quiet and private you will wonder how you ever got buy without it. If you're tired of looking out your windows and seeing neighbors houses as close as 15 feet away and parked cars and crazy HOA Rules... this is the place for you. Guest will have an amazing amount of privacy on my 3 acre property. All within 3 miles of many of Temecula's finest Wineries, 2 miles from 240 acre Galway Downs Equestrian Center and 1 hr Drive to El Paseo Drive in Palm Desert without getting on a FWY. I'm here virtually all the time, but I'm quiet and keep to myself. I live in the main house about 100 yards away, so you will hardly notice I'm here. I will reduce the rent by 50.00 a month if you will maintain the jacuzzi. Owner pays all utility bills. Month to month lease. Tenant is responsible for housekeeeping. No smoking inside. Smoking is allowed outside. No pets. Private parking.
