Hello! I'm looking for a respectful, quiet roommate to move in to my house in Temecula (I live out of town). There is currently 1 male roommate who is a medical resident. The home (2650 sq. ft.) is in a safe, quiet neighborhood and is about a 3 minute drive from Pechanga Casino. It has also been newly renovated! Rent is $990/ month (lease is month to month) and utilities and internet are included. It is also furnished with an in unit washer/dryer. First and last month rent is required at move in. No pets. The room has a walk in closet and its own bathroom. There is also a new mattress (not pictured). Parking is available in the garage + driveway + street. Room is available now! Not allowed: pets, smoking, drugs, parties, and overnight guests. Tenant also not allowed to use home address for business license and activities. Tenant must have renter's insurance.
