    This 40 acre camp features a 2009 RV on a concrete pad with a roof over and covered porch, a nice bunk house with wood and propane heat, and a garage with a lean-to for wood storage. The 40 acres is low but dry in the NE (where the camp is) and goes up in elevation as you go SW. There are trails throughout and several well built elevated box blinds. A small stream flows through the property providing fresh clear water. The property has state land on two sides and large private acreages on the other 2 sides. This is off grid, everything is wired for a generator. No well or septic. There is a nice outhouse. There is water storage for the outhouse and the sellers bring in their own water. Everything about this camp is in excellent and well maintained condition. The property has a history of quality whitetails and there is deer sign throughout the property. The seller reports grouse and woodcock on the property but has not paid attention to populations. The seller does not hunt bear but I know there has been good bear hunting in the surrounding state land.
