This lake cottage has a unique open design that makes the most of its 675 sq.ft. and creates a roomy, bright and comfortable environment for relaxing. The 2 sleeping areas, open during the day, can be closed with curtains in the evenings if privacy is desired. The cottage is tight to keep out rodents and insects and it is easy care to allow owners time to play while at camp. All the contents of the cabin (except for FEW personal items) are included , as are a dock, a paddle boat, a small bassboat and a canoe. There is also a storage shed for toys and a sauna. Bring some food and a change of clothes and ENJOY this wonderful, comfortable, affordable lakefront cottage throughout the seasons. PS. You've got to check out the new, very functional wood cook stove with a water reservoir. It's beautiful!
