This is a private room, in a nice house in Torrington Ct west side. It's in a quiet neighborhood with a spacious common area. A view that overlooks the city from a large deck is beautiful and the back yard is large, private and surrounded by trees. We look for people who are mellow :) and look for considerate people. There are Two full baths so 2 people upstairs share one and 2 people downstairs share the other one. We are close to the end of a dead end road so not much traffic. Smoking only outdoors. Animals have always been a problem as well as having more than one person in a room. One month's rent and security to be paid to move in as well as some references. This room has a large double closet and multiple windows. It is the one in these pictures. Wood floors and comfortable space! Everything is included in the rent. Heat included , WiFi, electric as well. Thanks for looking! No smoking inside No overnight visitors Single person in a room. Sorry but no pets. Respectful and friendly people
