There's also a decent-sized closet and plenty of street parking available. Unfortunately, my current tenant is moving due to work, so I am looking for the right person to move in. Please note that I live in the main house, and it's important for me to find a tenant who does not have a lot of visitors coming in and out. I would prefer someone with a job outside the home.
