The location is very convenient. Costco, Fry's, Safeway, Target, grocery stores, restaurants, gyms, and parks are all within about a 10-minute drive. It is about 15 minutes to the University of Arizona and around 30 minutes to Tucson International Airport by car. We currently have two spare bedrooms available and plan to rent out one of them. You are welcome to take a look at both rooms and choose the one you prefer. The room is furnished and move-in ready. You will have your own private bathroom, your own refrigerator, and your own garage parking spot.
