Utilities: Tenant shall be solely responsible for the payment of all utilities and services associated with the Premises, including but not limited to electricity, gas, water, sewer, trash, internet, and any other applicable services, unless otherwise stated in writing. Appliances: The Premises are leased without a refrigerator, microwave, washer, or dryer. Tenant acknowledges that these appliances are not provided by Landlord and shall be responsible for supplying their own. Pets: Pets are permitted on the Premises with consent of Landlord. If approved, Tenant shall pay a non-refundable pet deposit of no less than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00), unless otherwise specified in writing. Tenant shall be fully responsible for any damage caused by pets and shall ensure pets do not create a nuisance or violate any local ordinances.
