ROBERT FROST - Many of us have awoken to a gentle rain, falling softly on the meadows, and the pedals of annuals and perennials planted in the Good Earth. Yesterday I had the pleasure to take photos of one our listings. Various emotions rolled over me.It started with the absolute silence, with an occurrence of the lightest whisper of air that had the gentle leaves of our native poplar trees fluttering a passionate whisper. It was heart lifting to be one with nature. In that space I felt buoyant, floating eyes wide open, saying how did I miss this. The answer is it was meant to be that day. Open patches of meadow carry a bounty of ferns, wildflowers and an abundant amount of natural wild Rhododendron. If I could look back thousands of years ago, I would say this is the tip of the Iceberg. There are many stones with fossils, deposited there during the Ice Age, the Glacier receded and left a fertile forest glade. There is a forestry management conservation easement in place, and it provides a tax reduction and income from the sale of timber. A spring is there and can be used to provide Fresh water by gravity, a parcel has been set aside for a structure. Phone and electric are readily available. The total parcel is 130 Andes acres.
