Tenant shall supply, install, maintain, and remove appliances at Tenant's expense and shall be responsible for any damage resulting from installation or use. 10. Right of Entry Landlord or Landlord's agents may enter the Property in compliance with Maryland law for inspection, maintenance, repairs, improvements, landscaping, or to show the Property.
