Welcome to BraveBnBs, where we provide you with an allergy friendly chemical-free healthy environment, including cleaning products, bedding/linens, filtered water, and more!Offering a sunny spacious completely renovated space, with the amenities youll love, this house is located in a residential area, centrally located between medical facilities in both Greenville and Kinston.Home is 2 stories, with master suite located downstairs. The entire home is accessible and private for our guests. Includes downstairs area - kitchen, dining, living, master queen suite with shower bath combo, and half bath. Upstairs with double bed bedroom, one full bath. A third bedroom is available for an additional monthly cost of $250. Amenities are listed, but we are most proud of a few healthy features worth mentioning here: 1- Weve been treating guests for over 4 years with luxury hybrid (natural latex/cotton encased coils) queen mattresses, and weve gotten a lot of positive feedback about their comfort! We cover mattress/pillows in allergy waterproof encasements, further cover with a luxury organic bamboo bed cover, then luxuriously soft microfiber sheets and pillow cases, an all cotton blanket, and top it off with lightweight quilts! Linens feature Oeko-Tex or Organic certified - all washed in Seventh Generation Laundry Detergent......all to keep you sleeping healthy and happy! 2- Showers are equipped with Aquabliss SF100 filter to reduce chlorine and other impurities, and a PEVA shower curtain/liners for your tub - the healthiest waterproof material that has no chemical smell. Kitchen sink has a faucet filter installed as well!3- Equipped with a Keurig K-Supreme Smart Single Serve Coffee Brewer, plus a Nutribullet blender for all your smoothie needs! We provide an assortment of coffees, with single serve cream and raw sugar packets as well :)
