The private apartment is self-contained and semi-furnished based on what you can use. The couch is a full-size pull-out which gives another 1-2 sleeping space. You have your own private entrance which leads into the sitting room, where you have the couch, with an entrance into a full-size bath. Next to a small hall area along with another storage cabinet and a small table with 2-3 chairs, is a kitchenette, fully outfitted with an induction stovetop, air fryer/convection oven, microwave, sink, and refrigerator. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a (movable) desk/table overlooking a beautiful view, if you have to work. There are also two closet spaces to tuck away your suitcases and clothes. A BBQ is available adjacent to your private patio. A small clothes washer is yours in the laundry shed near your door or additional arrangements can be made with landlord to use the large washer and dryer inside the garage. Well-behaved dog(s) w/ approval are OK. Be aware, however, there is no fence. With coyotes and birds of prey in the country, they must be well contained by you. Please regularly clean up after your dog(s) around the house. Owners are not responsible for pets or children. We are in the country, expect a slower and friendlier pace.
