House features a charming, enclosed, in-screened lanai allowing for privacy with a feel of classic old Florida. Large, comfy wicker chairs. Driveway parking. House sits on a manicured lawn on large park-like, double lot with mature shady trees including, tall Pines, huge old oak and a beautiful Palm in front which gives a lot of privacy and shade. Yard is not fenced for pets. Signed rental agreement/contract required. No cancellations inside of six months prior. Some exceptions would be made CONTACT: E MAIL. Private rental insurance is mandatory for any tenant in lieu of a damage/security deposit. (Seasonal months are considered November through April and rent by the month) In-season months, entire month will be charged despite when you check in or check out..
