Areca palms, fruit trees and fragrant spider lilies form the landscape. The fully furnished house has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen with a dining area, a living room and a large screened-in lanai with an adjacent even larger paved patio. There is an adjacent one-bedroom apartment (bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette/living area) with its own separate entrance that you may rent, too, if available. YOU MAY RENT THE WHOLE FURNISHED PROPERTY SEASONALLY WITH ALL THE UTILITIES INCLUDED FOR $3,500 PER MONTH (from December 1st, 2025 until May 31st, 2026) or at $2,500 per month for the rest of the year. You'll have to fill out an application and provide copies of your most recent credit reports, pay stubs and bank statements. You'll need the first month and the last month rents plus a security deposit of the same amount. The deposit is due upon the acceptance of the application. The first and the last month rents are due upon the signing of the lease. For the season months you'll have to pay for your entire stay in advance. We charge a $200 cleaning fee payable in advance.
