The Hudson is a comprehensive rehabilitation of the historic Hudson's Bay building in Victoria, converting this once grand department store into modern flats. Exquisite Hudson has a lovely 1174-square-foot floor plan with a patio to sit and enjoy the sights and sounds of Victoria, and a bonus of having your personal BBQ. It is a 2-bedroom 2 2-bathroom 1-den unit with a king bed in the master bedroom and a queen in the second bedroom. There is a large sitting area for visiting or watching TV. Exquisite Hudson is within walking distance of all the major and minor downtown attractions. Just a few blocks from the Inner Harbour and a few more to the Parliament Buildings and the Royal BC Museum. Restaurants and shopping are also just out your front door. 1. A license to occupy agreement is mandatory to be signed as soon as the reservation is confirmed.
2. A Damage Deposit is required to be paid once the reservation is confirmed. It is refundable upon checkout if no damage has occurred to the unit/house.
3. If your stay is more than 30 days, there will a mid-stay cleaning fee added after every 30 days.
