About Herald for Hermes The building was built in 2011 and is very welcoming and stylish with its boutique-style residences. Steps away from restaurants, bars, coffee shops, boutiques, the inner harbour, and everything downtown Victoria has to offer, Herald for Hermes is a modern apartment with a comfy queen-sized bed, a fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials, and a TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime. Our 600-square-foot space is bright and has high ceilings. We provide a fully equipped kitchen, an extremely comfy American leather couch, and an eating area with floor-to-ceiling windows. This sleeper couch is the most comfortable sleeper couch available. The Herald on Hermes will be a carefree experience for your stay in Victoria. For the security of owners and guests alike, there are security cameras mounted outside the front door of the building, in the building's interior hallways, and in the parking garage. This is such a great complex, and we have multiple units here, which is great for large groups or extra-large families needing multiple units. All our properties have a $500 bylaw fine for smoking within the unit and the building. This includes vaping and marijuana. We have been managing furnished rentals since 2008, we are trusted and insured, and we aim to make owners and clients happy with the right accommodation for their needs. 1. A license to occupy agreement is mandatory to be signed as soon as the reservation is confirmed. 2. A Damage Deposit is required to be paid once the reservation is confirmed.
