Small house in the Vista hills on 3/4 acre. Country living on a quiet culdesac about a mile from 78 and Sycamore. Off street parking, pet and garden friendly. The house divides in half nicely and we only share the kitchen. You have your own private entrance, bath, living area and bedroom (two separate rooms) and fenced yard with doggy door, basically one whole side of the house. The kitchen is in the middle and my living area is on the other side. I rarely use the kitchen so you would have tons of privacy. Im looking for one housemate for 6 months to a year, possibly longer if things work out. Must be near full time employed outside the home days during the week. It would be great if you have a dog or a cat but its ok if you dont. Im happy to entertain your pet when youre at work or on vacation. . I currently do not have any pets. Clean and quiet are a must. No smoking. Im 60yr old single male, very laid-back and easy to get along with. Im gone a lot in the winter for ski season and usually on the weekends for sailing so you would have the house to yourself some of the time. All utilities paid including wifi. Could be partially furnished if you need. EV charging is also a possibility. First / last / cleaning deposit + background check to move in.
