It is a modern 2000 sq foot 4/3 lower level unit that does have some outdoor large, flat stairs to navigate and can accommodate 10 people. While it is a lower level unit you can hear footsteps from the unit above. It is a very open unit with plenty of windows in the bedrooms and higher windows in the living area. It is a fun unit that is more contemporary and has just a touch of the barn look to it. The TV in the den gives the kids a place to escape and adds some privacy. The den also houses a sleeper couch for extra space if needed. Being a lower unit, La Pasta stays cool all summer long without the use of A/C. In the winter, the bus stops at the property and in the summer there are hiking trails right off of the property.
