A small dining table and work desk are included. The kitchenette comes fully stocked and includes a mini-fridge and microwave, a combo air-fryer/toaster oven, and induction burner, while the fireplace and custom decor provides warmth and charm. The bathroom features a tub with shower attachment, but please be advised that the shower clearance is very low and may not work for anyone taller than 5'9. All towels and linens will be provided - just bring yourself and your suitcase! Please note that this is a basement unit and requires descending approximately four steps with a low clearance. Ceiling heights are maximum 6'4 and even lower around entries. There is access to laundry in a shared space. The location is less than four blocks from Union Station and the metro and less than two blocks from several bus lines. This unit is available for sublet only from September 6 - January 3.
