Cozy and charming Capitol Hill studio less than four blocks from the U.S. Capitol, Union Station, and H street - perfect for summer interns working at the Capitol or anywhere nearby! There is a separate entry so you will have the place to yourself and can come and go as you please! The studio apartment features a queen bed and a sleeper sofa that also folds into a queen. A small dining table and work desk are included. The kitchenette comes fully stocked and includes a mini-fridge and microwave, a combo air-fryer/toaster oven, and induction burner, while the fireplace and custom decor provides warmth and charm. The bathroom features a tub with shower attachment, but please be advised that the shower clearance is very low and may not work for anyone taller than 5'9. All towels and linens will be provided - just bring yourself and your suitcase! Please note that this is a basement unit and requires descending approximately four steps with a low clearance. Ceiling heights are maximum 6'4 and even lower around entries. Access to laundry in shared space can be facilitated for long-term stays. The location is less than four blocks from Union Station and the metro and less than two blocks from several bus lines. Unit will be available on July 30.
