Large room rent is $1,116 / month Medium room rent is $940 / month We are looking for two people, mid to late twenties to take over this space. The environment is friendly and respectful. Both rooms are on the first floor and would be sharing kitchen and bathroom with 1 more person House: Huge 3 story town house comprised of two units (basement + first floor; and second floor). Each floor has its own kitchen and bathroom. There are 2 common areas. Entire townhouse accommodates 9 roommates in total- but this space will be shared among 3 in total. Everyone is in the house is in their mid to late twenties/ early thirties. We're easy going, fun, and like to spend time together when possible. Location: A 5 min walk from the Columbia Heights metro, Giant, Target, snd Sports Center. A few steps away from the D50 and D5X buses. No indoor smoking. No pets.
