The bed is on the small side, a full not a queen. Water pressure is good. Water is hot. Internet (included in the monthly rent) is very good 99.5% of the time. Heat and air conditioning (included in the monthly rent) are central with individual control in the unit. Each floor has a recycling bin and trash chute access. Laundry and bike room are in the basement. The unit faces west with a view through tree tops of gorgeous sunsets and looks out over gardens and architecturally unique townhomes. River Park, designed by mid-century architect Charles Goodman, is a gated complex on 11 acres with two high-rise buildings and 130 townhomes surrounded by gardens. Amenities include 24-hour reception, laundry facilities, bike room, a large gym, outdoor barbecue area, the Music Room with a grand piano for residents, the wood shop and craft room, the pollinator garden, and a swimming pool (open only in summer). Staff is helpful and competent. River Park is a multigenerational community. Most residents are owners, but renters are welcome to participate in community activities. Many residents own dogs. River Park prohibits smoking in the buildings and on the grounds. Utilities and internet are included in the monthly rent. 6-months minimum lease, longer preferred.
