Privacy is enhanced with a bricked-in backyard courtyard, offering seating for twelve and BBQ facilities, as well as a front courtyard with ample seating. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook for a large family meal. Sleeping includes two king bedrooms (with one having a queen fold-out bed), a and a queen room. The game room additionally provides a queen fold-out bed. Both fold-out beds have 2-inch memory foam padding. Bedding is all down quilting, and pillows have sanitized covers and cases. The unit has a laundry room for guest use as well. There is a playground and picnic area across the street with plenty of spare parking stalls. A fishing pond stocked with trout is around the corner, and there are spare fishing poles in the unit for guests to use. High-Speed Internet - 500mbps fiber is provided. All TVs are smart TVs. The pools (heated year-round), hot tubs, and community center are open from 7am-10pm. There are pool towels for you to use in the cupboard of the laundry room.
