A secure, secluded location but still centrally located to all of Southern Utah's hot spots. The perfect place for a fun getaway with family or friends! This property has all the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation and is fully stocked with all the essentials. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, and small appliances (including a coffee maker and blender). The needed dishes, utensils, and basic cooking items are all provided to make your stay just like home! The space is fully furnished with comfortable, high-quality luxury furniture and linens. However, in St. George, there are many other shopping options as well as restaurants, parks, and theaters. There is a garage door opener and pool key fob left in the property. Please return items there upon departure. There is NO trailer, boat, or RV parking within Coral Ridge. The community is highly enforced and any vehicles found in violation will be towed and fined.
