It's a 5 minute drive to the pike and a short walk to the Harvard Square bus and express buses to downtown Boston. Utilities are reasonable, approximately $115 a month on average for gas, electricity and internet. The room is rented unfurnished so there is the option to bring your own furniture. Also the roommate leaving is selling her furniture at a really good price due to moving back to Europe.
