The bathroom has a vanity and jacuzzi tub with showerhead. There is a washer and dryer downstairs. The kitchen is shared but has plenty of storage space and pantry. There are pets in the house - 2 dogs and a cat. Pets will be considered with prior approval and pet deposit. There are two dog runs in the backyard. The backyard is fully fenced with lots of garden space and shade. No smoking on the property or within the house. Guests are welcome as long as they follow house rules and roommates are made aware of visitors. Lease will be on a month to month basis as long as both parties are still interested in continuing. Lease can be ended by either party if issues arise. Utilities are included in the flat monthly rent of $700. That includes water, electric, trash, and internet. Pets allowed with prior approval and $100 one time pet deposit per animal. Shared spaces are furnished and should be treated with respect and efforts made to keep them clean.

    Single working female with pets. Generally working Mon-Fri. I enjoy gardening and working with animals. I do my best to keep the house tidy and am looking for someone who will do the same with the common areas. Good communication is key.
