It is a second-floor apartment so I am looking for tenant/s who will be considerate of tenants downstairs. The apartment is approximately 700 square feet and has fairly small bedrooms, galley kitchen, living room, dining room area and bathroom with a tub/shower. There is also an open garage and one of the bays goes with this apartment. I would not consider renting it to more than 2 occupants. I would consider one well behaved and cared for pet.
