Rent = $1500 per month, 1 year lease required Deposit = $1500, may be paid in 3 or less installments Applicants are submitted to a THOROUGH credit and background check completed by a third party. Applicants pay a $20 non-refundable application fee (each adult) to cover this screening. The property should be available for move in on or near February 1, 2026 The house is approximately 1250 sq. feet on an 8,276 sq. feet corner lot. This corner lot is directly across the street from a large park that has tennis court, basketball court, baseball backstop, lots of room to roam and a 3/4 mile loop for walking, running, etc. The view out any south window is wonderful. On the south end of the park is a highly rated K-5 elementary school. The house has 3 bedrooms, 1 small updated bath with shower (no bathtub), toilet, single vanity and lots of storage. Bath measures 8' by 6 1/2'. Large living room measures 27 1/2 X 13; it has a GREAT view with a large wall of windows. It has hard floors throughout, mostly new. All rooms have ceiling fans. New paint on walls, trim, doors and ceiling in living room bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen. All new outlets less than a week old throughout the house, and all are GFCI protected. New floor register covers throughout the house. New mini blinds throughout the house. The 3 bedrooms measure 11 1/2 x11, 11 x 9 1/2, and 11 x 11. The two larger ones have closets, the smaller one does not. Kitchen has painted upper cabinets, new base cabinets in dark oak , new countertop, new sink faucet, new waterproof flooring. Tenant mows, weeds, keeps gutters cleaned out, handles clogged drains of any type, lets me know of any problems immediately and is responsible for all utilities.
