Private room and bath in shared house with beautiful morning views of the farm. Tenant shares the kitchen, living and dining areas. The kitchen is comfortable for preparing meals. The house has lots of natural light. The farm is 9 tranquil acres with room for gardening and enjoying the outdoors. There are horses which add to the homey atmosphere. No animals live in the house; they live in the barn. No smoking whatsoever on the entire property. This is a farm, we have one horse. Parking is on the gravel driveway in front of the house. The roommate is responsible for cleaning their own room and bathroom. Both must be maintained and cleaned regularly; at least every other week. Cleaning supplies are provided. The roommate is responsible for cleaning up after themselves in the kitchen and shared areas. The owner will be responsible for cleaning the shared areas. The lease can be extended if both parties agree.
