There is one full bathroom with a full size tub and the living room has a dormant fireplace. There is a three season porch with a built in dining nook which leads out to a big outdoor deck. Updates include new flooring in the entire home except the bathroom and a garbage disposal was added to the kitchen sink. There is updated lighting fixtures and switches as well as ceiling fans added to the living room, bedroom and bonus room/bedroom. Heat is electric and the tenant is responsible for half of the total electric bill. Internet is included but if the tenant wants to add cable, they will be responsible for paying that bill. This is a seasonal rental only available from November 3rd until March 31st, otherwise it is listed on AirBnb. Ideally I'm looking for someone who rents for the entire period. Utilities are included! If it's a multi month stay, last month's rent is also required to secure the rental. A $500 security deposit is due with the first month's rent when the lease is signed.
