Wonderful quite location in the heart of the North Shores wilderness. Cabin is redwood & cedar sided with the interior finishing knotty pine tongue and groove. Cabin is wired with generator plug in available, insulated and heated with a Fischer wood stove that will keep you warm and cozy. The sauna is nice with its Halo woodstove inside as the heat source. Great open space by the cabin and a nice trail system into the property, side by side or ATV trail into the cabin. Trail is wide enough for a vehicle but ATV is smarter at this time. Close proximity to Gooseberry, Split Rock, Tettegouche, Gitchi-Gami Trail (paved biking/hiking) and Twin Points Boat launch is right on Hwy 61 a few blocks north. From Hwy 61 you are just under 4 miles to the cabin with 1.9 miles ATV trail. It is a nice walk. Lots of signs of wildlife, Trails are marked, must have appointment to walk in. No generator with the property currently. Great off grid property! Cell service is 1-2 bars. All interior furnishings to stay.
