We have Ladder Toss, Corn Hole, Ping Pong and a PacMan video game arcade console! Ladder Toss and Corn Hole are perfect for a beach party! The house also has an EV Charging Station for your electric vehicle. There is a 50amp RV hookup (which is where the EV Charger is connected to) and a hose so you can connect water to your RV, but sorry, no sewer hookup. There is enough room for one Class A RV, but perhaps not the largest. The house comes with four adult bikes on the property. The shed in the backyard is packed with beach wagons, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, Corn Hole games, boogie boards, strollers, and a Pack'nPlay with a built-in roof that you can take to the beach.
