Newly remodeled interiors with spa like large shower, kitchenette with sink , double plate, microwave, refrigerator with freezer.Lagre porch overlooking tidal marsh. Fishing on property, small boat launching ramp available .We do have chickens rooming around, pets must be ok with them . Rooster is on around 5:30, daily.The apartment is very nice , nature around is breathtaking ! 6 -12 months lease , first and last month rent, high speed internet and water included, 100 $ flat fee power bill. Smaller pets are ok, must be ok with chickens rooming around . No cigarets ,drugs . No partying. Parking in driway.420 ok
