Located in the northwest corner of HBTS subdivision , this is a real development area. It will be close to the future school system to be built approx. 1/2 mile to the west. An old wetlands study showed the property having 100% wetlands. One study was done in 2014 and again in 2015. I discussed the studies with Biome, Inc. (Ecological Consultants) and they informed me that these studies were old and out of date and not really valid any more. I guess nature changes things. The ownership provides access to the HBTS recreation center for great sports, social, exercise activities on a broad base. Playgrounds, pier, pavilions for outdoor activities are available.
