    False. I managed this clients home as a rental who decided not to rent it anymore. They offered to sell them the home. They were turned down for a VA Loan. These folks left the home in horrible shape inside & outside. 30 yard dumpster filled to the top to remove everything. The home was never put up for rent again & was sold within 2 months of putting it on the market. Per rental applications these folks lived in the area for 3 years, after Florida. I also showed them other homes to buy while considering buying rental home. I looked up the definition of narcissistic, NO. Each time my birthday comes I receive 80+ facebook posts, texts, & birthday cards from family, past clients from up to 25 years ago, & friends. Sorry this all did not work out for them, but nothing I could have done even though I wish I could have. Slam my patriotism? I have many relatives & friends that have served in the armed forces including my Dad. I asked zillow to remove this review, they refused to.

    False. No new lease was given. I managed this home as a rental for a client. There is a no pet policy. A pet was found. She tried to say that it was only there a few hours during the day for the last few weeks or so. Neighbors confirmed that was a lie & said the pet was there within 3 weeks of her & boyfriend moving in, which was a year prior to finding the pet, & I was there several times to do repairs, & the pet was taken somewhere else while I was there, confirmed by neighbors. Client decided not to renew the lease. Proper notice was given to the tenant to move out. Last months rent check bounced. Home was left in decent shape. Boyfriend had moved out months before the pet was found. I never hollered at her, I just handed her the notice & said please read it & call with any questions. She didn't get out on time & never made good on the bounced check. New tenants have been absolutely the best tenants ever.
