I will let the reviews of my actual clients speak for itself! Rebecca was a potential tenant of a rental property that I own. Prior to signing the lease Rebecca was instructed that the security deposit must be paid within 24 hours of signing to make the home officially hers. This message was sent on July 31st at 10:54 am. After signing the lease on July 31st at 3:50 the clock began. Keep in mind deposit is paid via Venmo (takes less than 5 seconds). At 10:30 pm I send a friendly reminder "Sorry to text so late. Please don't forget to send the security deposit"... no response. On Thursday August 1st at 2:59 pm " Hey Rebecca following up on the Sec Dep. Can you please send asap so I can remove the listing" .... no response. On August 2nd at 9:01 (past 24 hrs) a response arrives at last... "I will send deposit today". On Friday August 1st at 5:38 PM after no security deposit was received and multiple attempts to call and text went unanswered I send this message" We need to get this wrapped up. What is the status of the Sec Deposit?" ....No response. At 6:27PM on August 2nd I send this message at 6:30 PM "Hi Rebecca, we have decided to withdraw and go a different direction. I wish you the best of luck". After waiting well beyond the 24 hour period of time allowed. I went to the next person who had been waiting patiently for me to respond and committed the property to them. Almost immediately after rejecting Rebecca she began to blow up my phone on a Friday night after hours while I enjoyed a lovely dinner with my Family. I gave these phone calls and text the same level of attention that my calls & text were given (spoiler alert) I didn't answer or reply....and continued to enjoy my night. When I was available again on Monday during business hours. I reached out to Rebecca once more to say I was sorry it didn't work out and that I hoped she didn't hate me. Almost immediately (shocker) I got a response with a full page essay of how horrible of a person I am. I responded by thanking her for her kind words and wished her and her family the best. I thought this was the last of Rebecca... yet here I am responding to this review! At no point in time was Rebecca an actual client that I represented in a real estate transaction. For those reviews please refer to my 100% 5* reviews provided by people who have actually purchased or sold with me! This review is nothing more than a failed attempt by a potential tenant who "didn't have time" in their busy schedule to pay the deposit...yet took the time to write this glowing review. Priorities! I look at all experiences in life (good & bad) as an opportunity to grow and develop as a person. Rebecca I want to thank you for the opportunity for me to practice patience & find it within myself to try to be kind to people even when they might not deserve it.
