    Roy, first, I'd like to apologize for your perception of the experience of selling your home. I can assure you that I always go above and beyond for my customers and I'm sorry that it didn't meet your expectations. I would like to address a few concerns you had, in hopes that it will help clarify things more for you. The real estate market started to make a shift around the mid-point of last year and we were proactively making adjustments to our conversations we were having with sellers, to help setup more of a realistic expectation of the selling process. As you can see from your statement, two other Realtors were still anticipating the market to rise, or they were trying to win you over with an unrealistic number. The price we mutually agreed upon, was not out of the ballpark for the activity we were trying to procure and for meeting your financial goals and for the market conditions at that time. My marketing efforts are the same for all of my listings and I can assure you I was marketing your property to the fullest extent. We procured at least 10 showings and had 3 offers all together. I ultimately found the buyer for the property and helped negotiate a deal you felt was acceptable. As for the propane, this was certainly something that could have been negotiated prior to executing a contract, but only you, as the owner, have knowledge of what contents exist in the tank. The buyer's offer was not including the contents of the tank, just the tank itself, therefore there was no expectation of there being any contents at closing. When you asked me to ask the buyer to pay for the propane, after closing, I did exactly that and the buyer/new owner declined. Despite our different perceptions on the process of selling your home, I am glad that we were able to work together to accomplish the sale. It was important to me to help you get your home sold, so that you could get to North Florida. I wish nothing but the best for you and your lovely wife!
