Christel, We reviewed our records and all charges to tenant were for expenses related to getting the property rent ready. As stated in your lease property must be left in rentable condition. You left the property with over 30 holes in the walls to repair and paint and other miscellaneous items. The misconception that a landlord is required to paint and repair damage done by you at their expense is 100% false. If you have doubt please look up Ohio revised code or contact any attorney if you are in doubt of your rights and obligations. We want to rent to responsible tenants just as we are responsive to all your needs. If it was so bad why did you stay for 3.5 years, please stop the negativity just because you will not accept that you left the place a mess.

This tenant was evicted due to non-payment of rent in full. We maintain all our properties to the highest of Standards. This tenant didn't pay so they were sent out if your person that doesn't pay your rent on time then you should not inquire about any of our open properties we do not play games.

Unfortunately this person gave us misinformation regarding their background that is why we ask questions up front. We screen all tenants prior to meeting them that is the way you run this business. If you are caught lying on an application would you want to rent someone like that

This tenant was evicted due to non-payment of rent in full by the time we got the property back it was a complete and utter mess don't know how people live that way. We do not have roaches in any of our properties and if there were we would take care of it
