We're truly sorry to see that we've received a 1-star review from you. We must also note that we've never met nor interacted with you. You were working with a different agent and put an offer in on a home we listed. We take feedback seriously, especially when it concerns the safety and satisfaction of homebuyers. We want to clarify that as a real estate agent, we are not equipped to evaluate the structural or electrical condition of a home; that's a job for qualified inspectors. We're concerned that our name has been slandered based on information we're not qualified to provide. Our goal is always to operate with integrity and transparency. If you've got concerns about a property's condition, a professional inspection is the best way to get accurate info. Thanks for allowing us the opportunity to respond.
