Unfortunately in this business there will be people that aren't happy with anything you do. Everything about this review is incorrect. How can I 'promise' money when every offer is different? I provided a Seller Net Sheet which covers estimated costs which means they are not guaranteed and we spoke of this multiple times (texts to prove). Even the bottom of the Seller Net Sheet states 'Estimates are subject to change'. You wanted to list for $350k but my market analysis suggested a list price of $315k (I have texts to prove this), and the appraisal came back at $319k so clearly my market analysis was spot on. You refused to do any of the suggested work in the house, refused to clean up after your dog who was peeing all over the floor, and bullied me the entire length of this listing. You got your proceeds from the buyer's settlement company in a timely fashion, with receipts to prove this. Anyone that does business with me knows my value with honesty being a code of ethics I stand by. This is the second time you have left derogatory reviews on Zillow. Please stop harassing me.
