On the contrary Evelyn Garcia you are not my Client. I represented the landlord. I didn't represent you. If I remember well I accommodated you/your Broker Mr. Joseph D., however you were trying to go behind his back with another agent Mr Mike A. who previously showed you the apartment that was for less. However when I exposed your game of working with every agent on the internet trying to get a better deal you got upset. If you would've let me finish explaining as i did to your Broker Mr Joseph D, instead of barging out and cursing under your breath you would have realized that there were (2) two bedrooms apartments available for rent in the house. If you would have provided a little courtesy , you would have understood that the apartment that included "All Utilities" was $2200 and the Apartment that did NOT include utilities was $2000. That was the cost difference in the apartments. one offered Utilities and the other did not.
